I ordered from beyondstyle.us and the checkout was straightforward overall. The cart page was clear, and I found the payment options in maybe a few seconds without having to look around much.

The only thing I noticed was that the page took a bit to load when I was entering my shipping info. It was probably only a short wait, but long enough that I wondered for a moment if everything had gone through.

I got the confirmation email after a few minutes or so, and everything seemed fine after that. Overall, it was a good experience, just slightly slower than I expected

My order did eventually show up, so I don’t want to make it sound like it was a total disaster or anything, but the tracking experience was frustrating. For several days it barely updated at all, and I was left wondering if the package was actually moving, stuck somewhere, or just not scanned properly. I ended up emailing support to ask what was going on, but the reply took a while and didn’t really give me much more information than I already had. Everything worked out in the end, but the communication and tracking updates could use a lot of improvement.

They did get back to me and answered my question, but it took longer than I was hoping. Anyway, it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything — I just wish they had sent updates a little sooner

I ordered from beyondstyle.us because the item looked really nice in the photos. When it arrived, though, it just felt a bit cheaper than I expected. Hmm. The fabric was thinner than I thought it would be, and I noticed a few loose threads in the stitching.

It’s still wearable, so I wouldn’t call it terrible or anything. Meh. But for the price, I expected better quality. Overall, it was just disappointing, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless the quality improves.
